TRAINING
Trifitness provides triathlon training programs and triathlon coaching (swim, bike and run), and general fitness for all ages in Connecticut. Training with us is both enjoyable and motivational - you'll achieve results you will be proud of, make new friends and find a fuller, more productive life. Since 2001 we have worked with thousands of people, many with limited or no athletic experience. We helped hundreds through their first triathlon and many have gone on to become Age Group winners at local, national and even the international level.
TRIFITNESS HAS MOVED!
The Trifitness Studio has moved to 1150 Post Road in Fairfield, CT (ACROSS the street from the Trek Store). Beginning August 1st, all classes will be out of our new studio location at 1150 Post Road.
BEGINNER TRIATHLON TRAINING PROGRAM
10 weeks - Need help in getting ready for the Fairfield Trifitness 2010 Triathlon? Trifitness offers a Triathlon Training Program specialized for this key race. This program consists of a focused series of workouts and drills that will get you ready for the triathlon of your choice.There will be no secrets for you anymore and you will feel like a real triathlete and race day will be all fun!
