Trifitness provides triathlon training classes and triathlon coaching (swim, bike and run), and general fitness for all ages in Connecticut. Training with us is both enjoyable and motivational - you'll achieve results you will be proud of, make new friends and find a fuller, more productive life. Since 2001 we have worked with thousands of people, many with limited or no athletic experience.
