Our popular - and fun! - swim programs at the Weston Middle School have experienced, friendly swim coaches giving you on deck instruction so every session will have the best blend of individual and group attention.
The emphasis is on technique and building endurance. The program is suitable for all levels from beginners or experienced swimmers. Beginners will be in a separate group.

Coached group computrainer classes (Join at any time at prorated price)
Experience the ultimate indoor bike training with multi rider Computrainer sessions led by experienced USAT coaches.
Ride real courses with 3D graphics and get feedback on power, heart rate cadence and pedal stroke.
The program will make your off season cycling training the best ever in a fun group atmosphere .
The system features linked Computrainers, enabling athletes of varying ability to train and race together in a virtual reality environment. Our coaches will use the system to design and lead interval training sessions, time trials, and rides of popular race courses programmed into the system.
Choose one, two, three or unlimited sessions a week and get faster, fitter and better this fall and winter with us!

Kettlebells, body weight, circuit training to develop total-body strength and aerobic conditioning. Amazing sports specific strength training sessions targeting the entire body. Sessions will include running as well.

Get faster, get fit and have fun with us this Summer and join us at Jennings Beach in Fairfield. Our popular - and fun! - open water swim programs are around the corner where we have experienced, friendly swim coaches giving you on-the-beach instruction and then will follow you in a kayak so every sessions will have the best blend of individual and group attention.
The emphasis is on technique for open waters, navigation and getting you comfortable in open water events. We will also practice real race simulations with starts, exits, time trials and relays for added fun. The program is for beginners or experienced swimmers. Beginners will be in a separate group.

Coached triathlon training (Join at any time at prorated price)
A focused series of workouts and drills that culminate in one or both of this Summer's popular local triathlons. The program will include workouts on the actual course of the Trek Trifitness Triathlon and lots of triathlon specific workouts. There will be a beginners and experienced group to ensure you will train with athletes your speed and level.
By the end of the training you will have practiced the Trek Trifitness Triathlon many times on the actual race course! There will be no secrets for you anymore and you will feel like a real triathletes and race day will be all fun!
Tentative workout schedule:
Tuesday: BIKE- Outdoor cycling workouts with focus on technique and speed. Heart rate testing will be offered at the beginning and end of the program to gage your progress. You are responsible to bring your own heart rate monitor. Triathlon specific workouts like Bike/run sessions and transition practices will be offered to add variety, fun and make you into a proficient triathletes! Time trials and hill repeats will be offered weekly.
Wednesday: SWIM- Right at FairfieldBeach, work on technique, speed and endurance and enjoy triathlon swimming at its best. Coaches in kayak will lead you through great workouts and will help you improve. Race starts and exits, time trials and race simulations will be offered.
Thursday: RUN and TRIATHLON PRACTICE- Track, hill repeat workouts will be offered to build speed and strength. Running specific drills will be taught to make you a better more efficient runner with an emphasis on cadence. Core and plyometrics will be offered as well.

Coached group running training (Join at any time at prorated price)
Train under the guidance of experienced coach Valentin, Boston qualifier and ironman triathlete, and run with fellow athletes to reach your goals and have fun at the same time. All sessions start and finish at the Trifitness Studio.
All workouts will be periodized to help you reach your goals safely.
