Olympic Distance Age Group Event

Seaside Park is the most spectacular beachside park in the whole of Connecticut - and most people don't even know it is there!! It is a perfect venue for a triathlon event - with 49 acres of landscaped beachside park with 2.5 miles of coastline, spectacular views of the sound, great facilities (and the roads have just been repaved).

The swim courses are in the Long Island Sound starting and finishing on Seaside Park beach.

The Olympic distance bike route is 5 loops of 5 miles each -  flat and very fast- in the park area. The  run course is 2 loops of 3.1 miles each, all along the sea for the entire course, flat and very scenic.
