In 1995 I began using endurance training such as running and cycling to test my individual physical and mental abilities. Every year since that time I’ve been able to achieve something I had thought impossible. I haven’t only improved every aspect of my health including my heart, blood pressure and weight I simply feel better going through every day. Adding Crossfit in 2007 was a revelation that offered a major step up in all of these benefits and improved my abilities at every athletic endeavor. I’m now 46 year’s old and it’s no exaggeration that I’m in better shape than at any time in my life.
By sharing my achievements I’m hoping others will want to reach, and even surpass, what I’ve done. There are no better programs than Crossfit and Crossfit Endurance to establish a foundation to do this.

3+ years CrossFit training 2007 - present
CrossFit is, quite simply, a sport—the “sport of fitness.” We’ve learned that harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means. This program delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Its specialty is not specializing. CrossFit was founded in 1995 and is a globally recognized strength and conditioning program.
