Kevin is an accomplished open water swimmer, recently placing 2nd overall in the swim leg of the NYC Triathlon and a top 10 finisher in last summers Alcatraz Challenge swim. His unique background as a swimmer and triathlete will help focus your swimming needs in preparation for a triathlon. His approach is energetic and fun, with a focus on the basics of proper technique, and a passion to help each and every person improve in the water.
Kevin has been a competitive swimmer all his life- he was an All-State swimmer in high school and played Division 1 Water Polo in college, receiving All-Southern Conference recognition. Kevin has coached lacrosse and swimming in the Fairfield area for many years, e.g. as a private swim instructor, swim coach at the Weston Field Club, for Wakeman boys and girls lacrosse teams, and most recently Trifitness' OWS program.
