Mornings Made Easy - You've probably heard that yoga is good for you.
Maybe you've tried a class and found out it makes you feel better. Please
join me on Monday mornings at 6:00am for a one-hour vinyasa yoga class at
the Trifitness studio that is sure to kick-start your day.
Stretching your tight body in new ways will help it become more flexible,
bringing greater range of motion to muscles and joints. Yoga requires you
to support the weight of own body in new ways like balancing on one leg or
supporting yourself with your arms. Yoga will truly help you shape long,
lean muscles. Attention on breathing will help you make better use of your
lungs which benefits the entire body. Focusing on your body will help
bring calmness to the mind. You will leave yoga class feeling less
stressed than when you started. Give yoga a try. I know you won't be
disappointed.
