TRIATHLON TRAINING PROGRAMS
12 weeks - Choose either, 3, 2 or 1 session per week
A focused series of workouts and drills that will get you ready for the triathlon of your choice.You will practice the triathlon on the actual course the week before the race. There will be no secrets for you anymore and you will feel like a real triathletes and race day will be all fun!
You can pick and choose from the workouts listed below and you will also receive your program on Training Peaks to follow on your own.
SWIM
Work on technique, speed and endurance and enjoy triathlon swimming at its best. Coaches will lead you through great workouts and will help you improve. Race starts and exits, time trials and race simulations will be offered.

Jenning Beach, Fairfield, CT - Will begin in June 2012
Monday, Open Water Swim Class For Beginners, 6pm
Monday/Wednesday, Open Water Swim Class for All Levels, 7pm
Weston Middle School Pool, Weston, CT
Monday/Wednesday, Swimming sessions, 8 pm
BIKE
Beginners ride and brick workout.
Location, Day & Time: Sometimes in June 212 Tuesday, ride from studio at 6pm or meet at Southport beach at 6:30pm. Learn the basics of riding, shifting, and transitions to the triathlon run.
March 20 – June 2012: Computrainer ride at the studio
RUN
Track, hill repeat workouts will be offered to build speed and strength. Running specific drills will be taught to make you a better more efficient runner with an emphasis on cadence. Core and plyometrics will be offered as well.
Location, Day & Time: Thursdays starting March 22, run from studio at 7:00pm, all levels
Triathlon Race Practice: The week before the race, you will practice the triathlon on the actual course (actual date to be determined.)
Training program is offered through training peaks, our online coaching software, to follow on your own.
