TRIATHLON TRAINING FOR WOMEN

Coached Group Classes - Children are back at school, now is the time to do something new, something for you. Become a triathlete, join our group and have fun, get fit and reach a new goal.

Monday/Wednesday: BIKE- indoor/Outdoor cycling workouts with focus on technique and endurance base building, weather permitting and indoors in our Studio in Fairfield when cold or wet. Indoor sessions will include the use of Computrainers to improve your biking skills and motivate you . Power and heart rate testing will be offered at the beginning and end of the program to gage your progress.

Thursday: RUN/PLYOMETRICS - For women

Location: Trifitness Studio, 1215 Post Road, Fairfiled, CT MAP
Time: Mon / Wed / Thurs 9:30 - 10:30 am
What to Bring: Your own bike, change of clothes, water and sports drink.
Towels are provided.

BEGINNER WOMEN'S TRIATHLON TRAINING PROGRAM

Need help in getting ready for the Trifitness Women's Triathlon? offers a Beginner Training Program for women to end by the Trifitness Women's Triathlon. This program consists of a focused series of workouts and drills that will get you ready for the triathlon.You will practice a real triathlon on the actual course the week before the race. There will be no secrets for you anymore at the end of the program and you will feel like a real triathlete and race day will be all fun!
