TRIFITNESS BEGINNER'S TRAINING
12 weeks (January 2 - March 25)

Coached Group Classes - Children are back at school, now is the time to do something new, something for you. Become a triathlete, join our group and have fun, get fit and reach a new goal.

Tuesday, 9:3 0am: Computrainer - Indoor sessions will include the use of Computrainers to improve your biking skills and motivate you. Power and heart rate testing will be offered at the beginning and end of the program to gage your progress.

Wednesday, 9 am from studio or 9:30am at Southport Beach: Brick workout. Bring running shoes. Will also do mini triathlon pratices. Get ready to sweat and have fun!

Thursday, 9:30 am: Track/hills running workout with coach.

Friday, 9:30 am: Outside ride level C or power to weight ratio of 1.5 - 2.5. Hills will be tacked, technique and strength.

Some practices will take place at Calf Pasture Beach to prepare for the Women’s Triathlon on August 28.

Time: Tues - Fri, 9:30 - 10:30 am
What to Bring: Your own bike, change of clothes, water and sports drink.
Towels are provided.
