Each triathlon, cycling, swim and run training program is unique, created one-at-a-time based on ones specific needs, not pre-written or computer-generated. Each training program includes unlimited email communication with coaches.

Therefore you can access to your training schedule online 24/7, from anywhere. We also use this powerful tool to monitor, analyze and plan your personal nutrition and training performance.

In-Home (or location of your choice) Personal Training
For general fitness, cycling, running, triathlon and swimming fitness, weight loss, race planning, individualized training program. Individual sessions to help you reach your goals, work harder and stay motivated. We can provide personal training for strength, swimming, cycling and running for adults and kids.

Just wanted to let you know I completed the 100 mile ride in the Connecticut Challenge this past weekend. Thanks for getting me back into cycling shape over the winter.
